摘　　要：为获得钢质环氧套筒对X80管道环焊缝缺陷的修复补强效果,采用ANSYS软件建立了含环焊缝缺陷X80管道及钢质环氧套筒补强管道的非线性有限元模型,并将模拟结果与试验结果对比,验证了模型的准确性和适用性。有限元分析结果表明:仅内压单独作用钢质环氧套筒对环焊缝缺陷X80管道具有明显的补强作用;仅弯矩单独作用时,钢质环氧套筒对环焊缝缺陷X80管道同一截面不同位置具有不同的补强作用;内压和弯矩组合作用时,内压作用使得钢质环氧套筒与管道能够更加紧密地协调工作,套筒对环向和轴向应力的补强作用明显高于弯矩单独作用;钢质环氧套筒对含环焊缝缺陷X80管道在不同外载荷及其组合作用下对不同应力具有不同的补强作用。研究结果可为钢质环氧套筒对内压、弯矩单独和组合作用下含环焊缝缺陷X80管道的修复补强提供参考。In order to study the repairing and reinforcing effect of steel epoxy sleeve on girth weld defects of X80 pipeline,ANSYS is applied to establish the nonlinear finite element models of X80 pipeline with girth weld defects and pipeline reinforced by steel epoxy sleeve,respectively.The accuracy and applicability of the models were verified by comparing the simulation results with the test results.The finite element simulation results show that the steel epoxy sleeve obviously reinforce the X80 pipeline with girth weld defects under the action of internal pressure alone;the steel epoxy sleeve has different reinforcing effects on different positions on the same section of X80 pipeline with girth weld defects under the action of bending moment alone;under the combining action of internal pressure and bending moment,the internal pressure makes the steel epoxy sleeve work more closely with the pipeline,and the reinforcing effect of steel epoxy sleeve on circumferential stress and axial stress is much better than that under the action of bending moment alone.Generally,steel epoxy sleeve has different reinforcing effects on different stresses of X80 pipeline with girth weld defects under different external loads and their combinations.The study results provide reference for repairing and reinforcing X80 pipeline with girth weld defects under the action of internal pressure and bending moment alone or in combination.
