摘　　要：在项目的实施中,从项目决策阶段开始,设计方的分量就凸显出来,包括编制设计任务书、可行性研究报告等,可以说设计方对整个项目的投资、进度、质量有着较大的影响。因此在实际的管理工作过程中,如何有效地发挥业主管理的功能,使设计行为得以有效规范,提升市政工程建设整体质量就显得尤为重要。本文将从业主方的角度作为切入点,结合实际工作,简析市政工程设计管理,并对市政工程业主方开展设计管理时面临的问题展开分析,最后根据所面临的发展问题提出一些建议。In the implementation of the project,from the project decision-making stage,the role of designer party is prominent,including the preparation of the design task book and the feasibility study report.Notably,the designer party has a great influence on the investment,progress and quality of the entire project.Therefore,in the actual management process,it is particularly important to effectively exert the function of owner management,so that the design behavior can be effectively standardized,and the overall quality of municipal project construction can be improved.From the perspective of the owner party as the starting point,combined with the actual work,this article briefly analyzes the design management of municipal project,analyzes the problems faced by the owner party of the municipal project for the design management,and finally puts forward some suggestions according to the development problems faced.
