摘　　要：为满足石油公司对大体积岩心的迫切需求,保证勘探出的岩心能充分满足物性化验分析的材料要求,获得各个岩层的岩性与含油性特征,研制出一种能够获取直径38 mm,长度70 mm规格岩心的模块式大直径岩心旋转井壁取心仪。该取心仪通过机械运动机构控制空心金刚石钻头以垂直井壁的方向横向钻入地层,利用液压马达带动空心金刚石钻头高速旋转,获取大直径岩心。该仪器大幅度提高了井壁取心效率、成功率及岩心的完整性,已在疏松地层、大斜度井、高温井等典型复杂井况中得到广泛应用,证明仪器地层适应能力强、取心效率高、安全可靠。In order to ensure that the cores can fully meet the material requirements for physical analysis and obtain the lithological and oil bearing characteristics of each formation,a modular type rotary sidewall coring tool for large diameter core was developed to obtain cores of 38 mm in diameter and 70 mm in length.The rotary sidewall coring device controls the hollow diamond drill bit to drill laterally into the formation in the direction vertical against well wall by mechanical motion mechanism,and uses hydraulic motor to drive the hollow diamond drill bit to rotate at high speed to obtain large diameter cores.The coring tool can improve the efficiency,success rate and integrity of cores from the well wall.The equipment has been widely used in typical complex well conditions such as loose formations,large slope wells and high temperature wells,proving its strong formation adaptability,high coring efficiency,safety and reliability.
