摘  要:为了解决石油井远程监测过程中的信息采集与传输问题,提出了一种基于窄带物联网(NB-IoT)的智能封井器设计方案。该方案以低功耗STM32L0嵌入式芯片作为系统数据采集和控制的核心,使用集成了压力与温度测量功能的传感器来对油井内部的压力和温度进行长时间、间歇性监测。系统使用窄带物联网技术作为数据传输通道,定期将油井内的压力与温度数据传送至云端或服务器中进行存储。在压力或者温度超过设定阈值时,系统能够及时预警并向工作人员发送油井具体位置、压力及温度等信息。结果表明:该系统解决了油井数据的采集与远程传输问题,具有较高的测量精度和稳定性。In order to solve the problem of information collection and transmission in the remote detection process of oil wells,an intelligent blowout preventer(BOP)design scheme based on the narrow-band Internet of Things(NB-IoT)is proposed.A low power STM32L0 embedded chip is used as the core of data acquisition and control.Sensor integrated with measurement functions of pressure and temperature is applied to conduct long time and interval monitoring of pressure and temperature inside the well.The narrow-band IoT technology is adopted as channel for data transmission,and the pressure and temperature data in the well is regularly transferred to the cloud or server for storage.When the pressure or temperature exceeds the set threshold,the system can timely give early warning and send the information of specific location,pressure and temperature to the staff.The result shows that the system solves the data acquisition and remote transmission problem with high measurement accuracy and stability.
