摘 要:基于震源机制基本方程,研究了水力压裂过程中断层滑移量和矩震级的关系;进一步建立了断层滑移条件下的套管-水泥环-地层组合体数值模型,分析了断层滑移条件下的套管变形规律,从而明确套管变形量和矩震级的关系。结论认为:压裂过程中矩震级小于2级时,地层滑移量基本为0,矩震级大于2级时,地层滑移量随着矩震级的增加呈指数增加;套管变形量的主要影响因素为地层滑移距离,增加套管钢级、壁厚不能完全防止套管变形;矩震级小于3级时,套管变形量基本为0,矩震级大于3级时,套管变形量随着矩震级的增加呈指数增加,建议多级压裂过程中监测到矩震级接近3级时,降低施工强度或者停止施工,防止地层滑移导致套管变形。Based on the basic equation of focal mechanism,this paper studies the relationship between slip amount of fault layer and moment magnitude during hydraulic fracturing.Furthermore,the numerical model of casing-cement sheath-formation combination under the condition of fault slip is established,and the relationship between casing deformation and fault slip is analyzed,so as to clarify the relationship between casing deformation and moment magnitude.It is concluded that in the fracturing process,when the moment magnitude is less than 2,the amount of formation slip is basically 0;when the moment magnitude is greater than 2,the amount of formation slip increases exponentially with the increase of moment magnitude.The main influencing factors of casing deformation are formation slip distance,increasing casing steel grade and wall thickness can not avoid casing deformation.When the moment magnitude is less than 3,the casing deformation is basically 0.When the moment magnitude is greater than 3,the casing deformation increases exponentially with the increase of moment magnitude.It is suggested that when the moment magnitude is close to 3,the construction intensity should be reduced or the construction should be stopped to prevent the casing deformation caused by formation sliding.
