摘  要:某油田注水井P110钢级油管接箍发生纵向开裂。用金相显微镜、扫描电镜以及X射线衍射仪(XRD)等仪器,从裂纹形貌、螺纹特征、理化性能、腐蚀产物及水质等方面进行了试验分析。试验分析结果表明,接箍的化学成分和力学性能均符合API Spec 5CT—2018《套管和油管规范》的要求。P110钢级油管接箍是由于所注入的水中硫酸盐还原菌等微生物新陈代谢产生了H_(2)S,从而发生了硫化物应力腐蚀开裂。Longitudinal fracture of a P110 tubing coupling occurred in an injection well.Failure reasons were investigated based on crack morphology,thread characteristics,physical and chemical properties,corrosion films and water quality analysis by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer.The results show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of P110 tubing coupling meet the standard requirements of API Spec 5CT—2018.Sulfide stress corrosion cracking(SSCC)induced by H_(2)S formed from microorganism metabolism could be responsible for the fracture failure.
