摘 要:地面旋流油水分离器的性能对试油求产过程中实时获取准确的原油产出量至关重要。为此,以经典的切向流入式旋流油水分离器为模型基础,对油水分离的流场进行了数值模拟研究,评价了不同工作参数、原油物性条件下的油水分离性能。研究结果表明:随着工作压力的增大,油水分离效率呈现出由0跃升到最大值并基本保持不变而后骤降的规律。随着排量的增加,油水分离效率基本持续稳定在最优值而后突然下降,当油水比和原油黏度在一定范围内,油水分离效率随油水比和黏度的增加平缓下降;当超出此范围时,油水分离效率陡然下降。该装置的最佳工作压力范围为1.2~4.1 MPa,日处理量控制在45 m^(3)以内,适用于油水比低于25%、原油黏度低于50 mPa·s的工况。The performance of the ground hydrocyclone oil-water separator is very important to obtain accurate crude oil output in real time during the oil test process.Based on the classic tangential inlet hydrocyclone oil-water separator,the flow field of oil-water separation was numerically simulated,and the oil-water separation performance under different working parameters and physical properties of crude oil was evaluated.The results show that with the increase of working pressure,the oil-water separation efficiency shows a law of jumping from 0 to the maximum value and basically remaining unchanged,and then dropping sharply.As the displacement increases,the oil-water separation efficiency basically continues to stabilize at the optimal value and then suddenly drops.When the oil-water ratio and crude oil viscosity were within a certain range,the oil-water separation efficiency decreases gently with the increase of the oil-water ratio and viscosity.When it exceeds this range,the oil-water separation efficiency drops sharply.The optimal working pressure range of the device is 1.2~4.1 MPa,and the daily processing capacity is controlled within 45 m^(3),which is suitable for working conditions where the oil-water ratio is less than 25%and the crude oil viscosity is less than 50 mPa·s.
