摘 要:为了提高β晶型聚丙烯在共混物中的含量,改善聚丙烯的机械性能、热力学性能和光学性能,实现聚丙烯专用化和功能化,对成核剂种类进行了筛选,并分别考察了成核剂、成核剂用量配比对聚丙烯性能的影响,成核剂及其用量对聚丙烯晶型的影响。结果表明,最佳成核剂为联二萘酚磷酸化合物(BPA)/聚苯磺酸树脂支载的联二萘酚磷酸化合物(PBPA)(质量比为1∶1),其用量为0.3%(质量分数)时,改性聚丙烯的雾度为15.0%,弯曲强度为44.3 MPa,弯曲模量为1.37 GPa,拉伸强度为40.7 MPa,冲击强度达34.0 kJ/m^(2);用改性聚丙烯制备的输液瓶灌装盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液,不影响药液质量;改性聚丙烯输液瓶的透明度增加,方便了药液不溶物的检测;改性聚丙烯输液瓶的低温抗裂性增强,解决了冬天运输注射液输液瓶易破裂的问题。相较聚丙烯原料,改性聚丙烯的各项指标均大幅提高,可用于制备多种高性能聚丙烯制品。In order to improve the beta crystal type polypropylene content in the blend,improve the mechanical properties thermodynamic properties and optical properties of polypropylene,and realize the specialization and functionalization of polypropylene,types of nucleating agent for the screening,the effects of the nucleating agent and its ratio on performance of polypropylene,and the effects of nucleating agent and its dosage on the polypropylene crystal were investigated respectively.The results show that the best nucleating agent is binaphthol phosphate compound(BPA)/Binaphthol phosphate compound(PBPA)supported by polyphenyl sulfonate resin(mass ratio 1∶1),when the dosage is 0.3%(mass fraction),the haze of modified polypropylene is 15.0%,the bending strength is 44.3 MPa,the bending modulus is 1.37 GPa,the tensile strength is 40.7 MPa and the impact strength is 34.0 kJ/m2.The quality of ambroxol hydrochloride and glucose injection is not affected when it was filled in infusion bottle prepared by modified polypropylene.The transparency of the modified polypropylene infusion bottle is increased,which facilitates the detection of insoluble substances in liquid medicine.The low temperature cracking resistance of modified polypropylene infusion bottle is enhanced,which solves the problem that infusion bottle for injection is easy to break during winter transportation.The indexes of modified polypropylene are improved greatly compared with those of raw polypropylene.It can be used to prepare various high performance polypropylene products.
