摘  要:研究了不同质量分数的光整液残留对镀锌板表面三价铬钝化膜耐热性、耐溶剂性、耐指纹性、耐蚀性和涂装性能的影响。结果表明,光整液残留对三价铬钝化膜的耐热性、耐指纹性及耐溶剂性无明显影响。随着残留光整液质量分数增大,钝化膜耐蚀性逐渐变差;当残留光整液质量分数≥0.4%时,钝化膜的涂装性变差。The effect of the mass fraction of finishing liquid which was left on zinc-coated steel on the properties of trivalent chromium passivation film i.e.its resistance to heat,solvent,fingerprint,and corrosion as well as coatability were studied.The results showed that the finishing liquid residue had no significant effect on the heat,fingerprint,and solvent resistance of trivalent chromium passivation film.With the increasing of the mass fraction of finishing liquid residue,the corrosion resistance of passivation film was decreased gradually.Its coatability became worse when the mass fraction of finishing liquid residue was 0.4%or higher.
