摘  要:介绍了一种铝合金阳极氧化膜封孔废水的处理工艺。在碱性条件下用次氯酸钠将三乙醇胺氧化成氨三乙酸,再用亚铁离子和钙离子共同沉淀废水中的氨三乙酸以及柠檬酸等配位剂,游离出来的重金属离子生成氢氧化物沉淀。处理后废水中镍的含量符合《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)中“表2”的要求。再用螯合沉淀法进一步沉淀重金属离子,处理后镍的含量还能满足上述标准中“表3”的要求。A novel process for treating the wastewater discharged from sealing of anodic oxide film on aluminum alloy was developed.Triethanolamine is oxidized to form nitrilotriacetic acid by adding sodium hypochlorite to the wastewater under alkaline condition.The complexing agents such as nitrilotriacetic acid and citric acid in the wastewater are precipitated by ferrous and calcium ions,and the free heavy metal ions are converted into insoluble hydroxides.The content of nickel in the wastewater after the above treatment meets the requirement of Table 2 stipulated by the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating(GB 21900-2008).The heavy metal ions are further precipitated by chelating precipitation method,and the nickel content can meet the requirement of Table 3 stipulated by the said emission standard.
