摘  要:目的:观察易筋经功法锻炼对人体平衡功能的影响,为易筋经的推广和应用提供客观依据。方法:56名高校学生随机分为功法组和对照组,每组28人,功法组由专业教师指导进行易筋经功法练习,对照组进行慢跑锻炼。分别于训练前和训练8周后以Pro-kin平衡测试仪测定平衡功能相关指标。结果:功法组在进行易筋经功法练习8周后,睁眼测试状态下前后方向重心位移平均速度、左右方向重心位移平均速度、运动长度均较训练前下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);闭眼状态下前后方向重心位移平均速度、左右方向重心位移平均速度、运动长度、摆动面积等各项平衡指标均较训练前下降(P<0.01)。对照组8周后睁眼及闭眼状态下各项平衡指标与训练前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:易筋经功法锻炼能够有效提高人体平衡控制能力。Objective:To observe the influence of the traditional exercise Yi Jin Jing on human balance function,and to provide an objective basis for the popularization and application of Yi Jin Jing.Methods:A total of 56 college students were randomly divided into the training group and the control group,with 28 cases in each group.The training group was instructed by professional teachers to practice Yi Jin Jing exercise,while the control group took jogging exercise.Pro-kin balance tester was used to measure balance function-related indicators before and after 8 weeks of training,respectively.Results:After 8 weeks of Yi Jin Jing exercise in the training group,the average displacement speed of the center of gravity in the front and rear directions,the average displacement speed of the center of gravity in the left and right directions and the movement length in the eye-opening test state were all decreased compared with those before training(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In the closed eye state,the average speed of the center of gravity displacement in the front and rear directions,the average speed of the center of gravity displacement in the left and right directions,the movement length,and the swing area all decreased compared with those before training(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the balance indexes between the control group after 8 weeks of practice and before training whether the eyes were opened and closed(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yi Jin Jing exercises can effectively improve the balance control ability of the human body.
