摘　　要：目的:针对中医医院开展员工援助计划(EAP)需求调查研究,并在此基础上确定适用于中医医院的EAP服务模式与服务内容,为中医医院提高医务人员工作满意度、改善其身心健康提供参考。方法:主要采用问卷调查法,选取北京中医药大学东方医院医务人员为研究对象,随机发放问卷351份,问卷题目以EAP服务内容需求、形式需求等问题为主,应用SPSS 21.0统计软件进行EAP服务需求内容排序、不同人口学特征差异性分析。结果:调查结果显示,医务人员需求较高的是工作硬件环境改善、医疗保健、加强部门间沟通与协调、工作获得信任与支持、绩效考核完善等项目。不同年龄、岗位类型、职称类型、人事关系的医务人员EAP服务需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医务人员对工作与健康维度方面的需求大于生活维度方面的需求,更倾向于由第三方与院内二者结合人员为其提供EAP服务。结论:不同人群对EAP服务内容需求不同,中医医院应更多为医务人员提供工作与健康方面的帮助,采用混合模式开展EAP服务,改善医务人员生命质量和工作满意度,助力中医药医教协同发展和人才培养。Objective:To conduct an employee assistance program(EAP)demand survey for a TCM hospitals,and on this basis,determine the EAP service model and service content applicable to TCM hospitals,and improve the TCM hospitals provide reference for medical staff’s job satisfaction and improve their physical and mental health.Methods:Mainly use questionnaire survey method,select medical staff from Dongfang Hospital,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research objects,randomly distribute 351 questionnaires,the questionnaires are mainly EAP service content requirements,form requirements and other questions,and SPSS 21.0 statistical software is used to carry out EAP service requirements content Sorting,analysis of differences in different demographic characteristics.Results:The survey results show that the higher demand for medical staff is the improvement of the working hardware environment,medical care,strengthening of communication and coordination between departments,gaining trust and support for work,and improving performance appraisal.Age,type of position,type of job title,and personnel relations affect the demand for EAP services of medical staff(P<0.05).Medical staff have greater demands on work and health dimensions than on life dimensions,and they are more inclined to provide EAP services for them by a combination of third parties and hospital staff.Conclusion:Different groups of people have different needs for EAP service content.Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals should provide medical staff with more work and health assistance,adopt a hybrid model to develop EAP services,improve the quality of life and job satisfaction of medical staff,and facilitate the collaboration of Chinese medicine and medical education Development and talent training.
