中医药智慧健康养老多元信息协同服务模式研究

摘　　要：通过分析我国人口老龄化现状、相关政策及区块链技术相关知识,提出了中医药智慧健康养老多元信息协同服务模型;考虑到区块链存储能力及交易效率的限制,采用联盟链和星际文件系统(IPFS)相结合的方式,联盟链上仅存储老年人健康养老数据的哈希值,完整的数据存储在链下的IPFS分布式集群中,通过对应的哈希值建立链上链下数据的映射关系。同时,提出了基于联盟链的中医药智慧健康养老多元信息协同服务平台的架构,包括基础设施层、数据层、网络层、共识层、接口层和应用层;并对其安全性、高效性和适老性进行了讨论,从而为中医药智慧健康养老多元信息协同的实施提供参考和借鉴。By analyzing the current situation of China’s aging population,relevant policies and relevant knowledge of blockchain technology,a multi information collaborative service model of traditional Chinese medicine intelligent health and elderly care is proposed.Considering the limitations of blockchain storage capacity and transaction efficiency,the union chain and IPFs are combined to store only the hash value of elderly health and elderly care data on the union chain,The complete data is stored in the IPFS distributed cluster under the chain,and the mapping relationship between the data on and off the chain is established through the corresponding hash value;At the same time,the architecture of multi information collaborative service platform of traditional Chinese medicine intelligent health and elderly care based on alliance chain is proposed,which is divided into infrastructure layer,data layer,network layer,consensus layer,interface layer and application layer;It also discusses its safety,efficiency and suitability for the elderly,so as to provide reference and reference for the implementation of multi information coordination of intelligent,healthy and elderly care of traditional Chinese medicine.
