摘  要:以国家认定品种“泰山赤灵芝1号(TL-1)”和野生灵芝菌株“4895”为亲本,通过原生质体单核化杂交育种技术选育出集亲本优势于一体的灵芝新品种“TL-3”,与TL-1相比,其在子实体形态特征、产量、生物学效率、子实体有效成分含量方面具有更大的优势。TL-3菌丝洁白浓密,子实体肾圆形,菌盖中等偏大,菌盖厚度显著高于TL-1(P<0.01),平均单产和生物学效率比TL-1分别提高12.23%和12.37%,子实体多糖和三萜含量比TL-1分别提高1.87%和37.5%,具有较高的应用推广价值。A new breed of Ganoderma lingzhi‘TL-3’integrating parental advantages was selected through protoplast mononuclear hybrid breeding technology with national recognized variety G.lingzhi strain‘Taishan Chilingzhi No.1(TL-1)’and wild strain‘4895’as parents.Compared with TL-1,TL-3 has greater advantages in fruit body morphological characteristics,yield,biological efficiency and effective component content of fruit body.The mycelium of TL-3 is white and dense and the fruit body is kidney round.The pileus is medium to large and the thickness is significantly higher than TL-1(P<0.01).The average yield and biological efficiency were increased by 12.23% and 12.37% compared with TL-1,respectively.Contents of polysaccharide and triterpene in fruit body were increased by 1.87% and 37.5%compared with TL-1,respectively,which has high application and popularization value.
