摘 要:农产品检验检测报告是农产品检测机构管理水平和专业技术能力的最终体现。为提升农产品检验检测报告质量,本文从农产品检验检测报告编制和审核、合同评审环节以及检测数据的原始记录3个方面,查找农产品检验检测报告中的常见问题并进行分析。提出了分类设计检测报告模板、有效落实双三级审核制度、提高机构人员责任心、实施分类培训以及运用信息化技术健全和优化软件系统4项对策,以期有效提高农产品检验检测报告质量,降低机构风险。Inspection report is the ultimate embodiment,which could reflect the management level and profession technical capability of inspection institution.In order to promote the quality of agricultural product inspection report,this article analyzes the problem of inspection report by three aspects:compilations and censorship of agricultural product inspection report,contract review procedure and original records of experimental data.Four measures was used,which is report template by classifying design,implement three-level censorship,improve the responsibility of inspector,perform classification training and complete the software system by using the information technology,to promote the quality of agricultural product inspection report and reduce the risk of inspection organization.
