中西医非手术治疗陈旧性异位妊娠的研究进展

摘　　要：陈旧性宫外孕(OEP)是输卵管妊娠(TP)的一种特殊类型,若经久不愈会对女性身心健康造成严重影响。对于此病的治疗以消除盆腔包块且保留、恢复并改善输卵管功能为目的,保守治疗可免除患者手术痛苦与风险。西医以期待疗法为主。中医以“祛瘀”为要,中药内服、外敷、灌肠及综合疗法等在此病的治疗中具有副作用小、经济便捷、效果明确等特点。同时,有临床试验显示,中药合理联合甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮、小剂量抗生素也可取得良好效果。Old ectopic pregnancy(OEP)is a special type of tubal pregnancy(TP).If it is not healed for a long time,it will have a serious impact on the physical and mental health of women.The purpose of the treatment of this disease is to eliminate the pelvic mass and preserve,restore and improve the function of the fallopian tubes.Conservative treatment can relieve the pain and risk of surgery.Western medicine is based on anticipatory therapy.Traditional Chinese medicine focuses on“removing blood stasis”,and traditional Chinese medicine,such as oral administration,external application,enema and comprehensive therapy,has the characteristics of less side effects,economical convenience,and clear effects in the treatment of this disease.At the same time,clinical trials have shown that the rational combination of traditional Chinese medicine with methotrexate,mifepristone,and low-dose antibiotics can also achieve good results.
