摘　　要：脱发的病机主要是肺气不利、肝气郁结、脾肾亏虚等五脏功能失调,痰、湿、瘀、浊毒等病理因素影响气血运行,头发失养。李惠林教授从业30余载,擅用经方,活用小柴胡汤、麻子仁丸、麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤、当归四逆汤、金匮肾气丸等经方治疗脱发,临床效果良好,为脱发的临床治疗提供新思路。本文介绍广东省名中医李惠林教授治疗脱发的临证经验,并举验案2则。The pathogenesis of alopecia is mainly the dysfunction of five zang viscera,such as unsmoothness of lung qi,stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of spleen and kidney,along with pathological factors such as phlegm,dampness,blood stasis and turbidity that affect the flow of qi and blood,leading to hair loss.Professor Li Huilin has been working for more than 30 years.He is good at using traditional prescriptions in treating alopecia,such as Xiaochaihu Decoction,Maziren Pills,Mahuang Xingren Gancao Shigao Decoction,Danggui Sini Decoction,Jingui Shenqi Pills and other traditional prescriptions,which attains favorable clinical effects.The treatment provides novel ideas for treating alopecia.This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor Li Huilin,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Guangdong Province,in treating hair loss,and presents two cases.
