刘焕强教授治疗白癜风经验探析

摘　　要：白癜风是一种常见的色素脱失性疾病,主要表现为皮损处肤色减退或变白,严重影响患者容貌,给患者带来较大的心理负担。由于白癜风的治疗花费较多,耗时较长,导致患者依从性相对较差,不能坚持,从而直接影响治疗效果。刘焕强教授根据多年的临床实践和中医辨证思维总结出白癜风具有肝肾不足、气滞血瘀、血虚受风的病机,提出补益肝肾、理气活血、祛风养血的治法,提倡用中药热敷的方法治疗白癜风。该方法操作简单,节约成本,安全性高,疗效好,从而提高患者的依从性,具有临床推广意义。Vitiligo is a common depigmentation disease,which is mainly characterized by the skin color fading or whitening at the lesion,which seriously affects the appearance of patient and brings a greater psychological burden to the patient.Because the treatment of vitiligo costs more and takes longer,the compliance of patient is relatively poor and can’t be adhered to,which directly affects the treatment effect.According to years of clinical practice and dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,Professor Liu Huanqiang sums up that vitiligo has the pathogenesis of deficiency of liver and kidney,qi stagnation and blood stasis,and deficiency of blood and wind,and puts forward the treatment methods of tonifying liver and kidney,regulating qi and promoting blood circulation,dispelling wind and nourishing blood,and advocates the treatment of vitiligo with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine.The method is simple to operate,cost-saving,safe and effective,thus improving compliance of patients and having clinical populari zation significance.
