摘　　要：目的探讨基于罗伊适应模式的护理干预对骨癌痛患者疼痛控制、生活质量的影响。方法选取南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院疼痛科2018年1月至2019年10月收治的88例骨癌痛患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组各44例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施基于罗伊适应模式的护理干预,比较两组疼痛缓解情况、心理状态、生活质量及适应性。结果干预后,干预组疼痛缓解率高于对照组(P<0.01);两组疼痛视觉模拟评分、心理状态(焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表)评分低于干预前,且干预组低于对照组(P<0.01);两组生活质量量表评分高于干预前,且干预组高于对照组(P<0.01);两组适应性优于干预前,且干预组优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论对骨癌痛患者实施基于罗伊适应模式的护理干预,有助于缓解疼痛,消除不良情绪,提高生活质量和适应性,值得推广实施。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on Roy’s adaptation model on pain control and quality of life of bone cancer.Methods A selection of 88 patients with bone cancer pain admitted to the Department of Pain,Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital,the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medicine School from January 2018 to October 2019,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and intervention group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the intervention group carried out nursing intervention based on Roy’s adaptation model on the basis of control group,the pain relief,psychological state,quality of life and adaptability of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the rate of pain relief in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);the scores of visual simulation of pain and psychological state(self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale)in both groups were lower than before intervention,and those of the scores of intervention group were lower than control group(P<0.01);the quality of life scale scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.01);the adaptability of the two groups was better than before,and the intervention group was better than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Roy’s adaptation mode for patients with bone cancer pain is helpful to relieve pain,eliminate bad emotions,improve life quality and adaptability,and is worth promoting.
