摘　　要：本文首先对做好中医药卫生科技查新咨询服务的迫切需求进行了阐述,包括健康中国计划为中医药卫生科技查新咨询服务的开展提供了新平台、国家对中医药事业发展的日益重视对中医药卫生科技查新咨询服务提出了挑战、中医药卫生科技查新咨询服务对本省医学信息学的发展和建设及本所的事业发展具有重要意义。随后分析了中医药卫生科技查新咨询服务的特点,包括服务对象呈现明显增多的趋势、服务正在向基层发展、对查新人员的综合素养要求高、工作更加繁重、对数据资源的要求高。并针对上述特点,从查新机构到基层卫生机构普及查新知识、丰富数据库资源、充分发挥中医药学专业的人才优势、查新人员融入中医药学科研、聘请中医药学专家作为审核员5个方面进行了实践和探索。Firstly,this paper expounds the urgent need of traditional Chinese medicine health science and technology update consulting service.Including health China program for traditional Chinese medicine health science and technology novelty search services provides a new platform and state of development of Chinese medicine is becoming more and more attention to the challenges of health science and technology novelty search consulting services of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine health science and technology novelty search consulting services for the development of medical informatics and the province construction and the institute of enterprise development is of great significance.Then the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine health science and technology novelty seeking consulting services are analyzed,including the trend of increasing service objects,the development of services to the grass-roots level,high requirements for comprehensive quality of novelty seeking personnel,more heavy work,high requirements for data resources.In view of the above characteristics,the author carried out practice and exploration in five aspects,including popularizing novelty search knowledge in novelty search institutions and grass-roots health institutions,enriching database resources,giving full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine specialty,integrating novelty search personnel into Chinese medicine scientific research,and hiring Chinese medicine experts as auditors.
