摘  要:本文以某MDI立体冻结间为例进行负荷计算分析,MDI按照降温过程进行显热、潜热、显热的三段式冷负荷计算,其中每段降温时间取限值,覆盖测温试验中的差异范围,从而计算出最不利条件下的最大冷负荷,使制冷设备科学匹配,满足实际生产需要,在类似桶装货品且存在相变的冷加工工艺中理论联系实际,准确计算冷负荷。This paper takes a MDI three-dimensional freezing room as an example to calculate and analyze the load.MDI calculates the three-stage cooling load of sensible heat,latent heat and sensible heat according to the cooling process,in which the limit value of each cooling time is taken to cover the difference range in the temperature measurement test,so as to calculate the maximum cooling load under the most unfavorable conditions,so as to scientifically match the refrigeration equipment and meet the actual production needs,In the cold working process similar to barreled goods and with phase change,the theory is combined with practice to accurately calculate the cooling load.
