摘　　要：随着我国对HCFC类制冷剂的淘汰进程不断推进,需要对R22一类制冷剂进行替代。目前主要替代制冷剂包含天然制冷剂、碳氢类化合物制冷剂以及HFC及其混合物制冷剂。R22的替代并不是简单的更换制冷剂,而是要考虑原有系统各个设备是否适用替代制冷剂。本文针对HFC及其混合物制冷剂对R22的替代和需要注意的技术要点进行阐述。由于HFC及其混合物在制冷量和质量流量上与R22的区别,替代时要考虑管径,容器及换热器等因素。对于压缩机需要验证不同制冷剂的运行极限,以确保是否可以直接替换。除此之外,要根据HFC及其混合物的组分特征判断是否需要更换成POE润滑油。对于诸如R507A这种非共沸制冷剂,则需要考虑温度滑移对蒸发温度和冷凝温度的影响从而确定换热器的换热量。通过综合对比和考量完成制冷剂的替代。With the phasing down of HCFC refrigerant in China,lots of work need to be done to replace R22.Currently the main substitutes are nature refrigerants,hydrocarbon refrigerants and HFC refrigerants.When talking about the retrofit of R22 it is not simply change the type of the refrigerants,but also many factors need to be considered,including the compatibility of the parts and refrigerants,the size of the pipes,vessels and heat exchangers due to the variations of cooling capacity and mass flow of different refrigerants.At the same time compressor’s working envelope and oil type also need to be checked before the retrofit.Moreover non-azeotropic refrigerants such like R507 A should pay additional consideration due to the temperature glide problem.With a more comprehensive check all over the system and parts,a good refrigerant retrofit can be achieved.
