摘 要:为了分析梯形截面装药结构对聚能射流成型特性的影响,在Φ56 mm基准聚能装药药型罩及装药结构基础上,获得了梯形截面聚能装药。运用ANSYS/LS-dyna有限元软件对Φ56 mm基准聚能装药和所设计的梯形截面聚能装药的射流成型过程进行数值模拟,比较分析了聚能射流的形态特征及稳定性特性。结果表明:梯形截面装药结构起爆过程中由于爆轰波非对称性以及稀疏波的共同作用,导致所形成的聚能射流产生分叉,整体形态及稳定性较差。To analyze the influence of the trapezoidal cross-section shaped charge structure on the forming characteristics of the shaped charge jet(SCJ),the trapezoidal cross-section shaped charge was obtained on the basis of the shaped charge liner with a diameter of 56 mm and the charge structure.The finite element software ANSYS/LS-dyna is used to numerically simulate the jet formation process of the shaped charge with a diameter of 56 mm and the designed trapezoidal cross-section shaped charge,and the morphological characteristics and stability characteristics of the shaped charge jet are compared and analyzed.The results show that the asymmetry of the detonation wave and the combined effect of the sparse wave during the initiation process of the trapezoidal cross-section charge structure cause the shaped charge jet to bifurcate and have poor stability,which greatly weakens the penetration ability of the shaped charge jet.
