摘  要:为了探究等腰梯形截面形状对聚能射流成型的影响,进行了等腰梯形截面聚能装药射流成型相关数值模拟研究,开展了两种等腰梯形截面聚能装药射流成型脉冲X光摄影试验,结果显示:等腰梯形截面聚能装药爆轰波的传播以及药型罩压垮具有非轴对称性,成型射流具有一定的横向偏移现象,横向偏移的射流由分散的流体组成并具有横向速度;聚能装药的等腰梯形截面形状特征数越大,射流的横向偏移长度越大,射流更为分散,射流的横向速度越大;26μs时,等腰梯形截面形状特征数为3.7的聚能装药形成的射流相比特征数为1.0的聚能装药形成的射流横向偏移长度增大128%,36μs时,同比增大214%。In order to explore the influence of isosceles trapezoid cross-section shape on the jet forming,the numerical simulation research on jet forming of shaped charge with isosceles trapezoid cross-section was carried out,and the jet forming of two kinds of shaped charge with isosceles trapezoid cross-section were obtained by the pulse X-ray photography test.The results showed that the propagation of detonation wave and the crushing process of liner of shaped charge with isosceles trapezoid cross-section are non-axisymmetric,and the forming jet has a certain lateral offset phenomenon.The lateral deflected jet is composed of dispersed fluid and has lateral velocity.The bigger the characteristic number of the isosceles trapezoidal cross-section shape of shaped charge,the greater the lateral offset length of the jet,the more dispersed the jet,and the greater the lateral velocity of the jet;26μs,the lateral offset length of the jet formed by the shaped charge with the characteristic number of the isosceles trapezoid cross-section shape is 3.7 increases by 128%compared with the jet formed by the shaped charge with the characteristic number of 1.0,and increases by 214%at 36μs.
