摘　　要：以承受轴向冲击的单孔管状药柱为例,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对存在断裂缺陷的药柱动态响应特性进行分析。通过对比4种不同裂纹缺陷情况下药柱位移分布情况,分析和探讨了裂纹缺陷形态对药柱完整性的影响,所得到的结论对于药柱损伤诊断和评价具有一定指导意义,同时也为分析复杂结构药柱裂纹缺陷提供了一种有效的途径。Evaluates the dynamic response of solid propellant grain with crack,by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The solid propellant grain studied in the paper is a double base propellant with single hole.By comparing four different crack cases with solid propellant without crack,it is found that the radius and direction of the crack zone have significant influence on structural integrity and reliable of the solid propellant.Meanwhile,this paper also provides an efficient method to analyze the influence of crack on solid propellant of complex structure.
