摘 要:SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料具有高的比强度、高的比模量、高的耐磨性以及优异的抗腐蚀性能,在机械结构轻量化设计方面是替换传统钢铁的最佳选择材料之一,在汽车、机械、航空及电子封装等领域具有广阔的应用前景。因此,备受各界科研工作者的关注。对SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料的制备方法、性能、强韧化机制进行了归纳总结,分析并探讨了SiC/Al复合材料的制备技术难点及改进方法,最后对SiC/Al复合材料的研究及应用进行了总结与展望。SiC particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites have high specific strength,high specific modulus,high wear resistance,and excellent corrosion resistance,which are one of the best materials for replacing traditional steel due to the lightweight design they offer in mechanical structures.They have broad application prospects in the automotive,machinery,aviation,and electronic packaging fields.Therefore,they have received much attention from scientific research workers in all fields.This research summarized the fabrication technology,properties,and reinforcement mechanisms of SiC particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites,and discussed the technical difficulties and improvements in the preparation of these composites.Finally,the research and applications of SiC particle-reinforced aluminum composites were summarized.
