调神疏肝针刺法治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察调神疏肝针刺法治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的80例PSD患者作为研究对象,采用信封随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。在进行基础疾病对症治疗的基础上,治疗组予调神疏肝针刺法治疗,对照组内服抗抑郁药物盐酸氟西汀胶囊。经过8周干预治疗后,比较两组患者治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、日常生活活动量表(ADL)结果及治疗有效率。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的HAMD、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的HAMD均低于治疗前,ADL评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的HAMD评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调神疏肝针刺法可以有效改善患者脑卒中后抑郁。Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of acupuncture method of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit on post stroke depression(PSD).Methods Eighty PSD patients admitted to Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as research subjects,they were divided into treatment group and control group according to envelope random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of symptomatic treatment of basic disease,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture method of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit,and the control group was treated with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsule.After 8 weeks of intervention,the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),daily life activity scale(ADL)results of efficiency before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the treatment group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in HAMD and ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The HAMD scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,the ADL scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the ADL score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture method of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit can effectively improve depression after stroke.
