摘　　要：目的探讨手法压迫控制出血在中央型前置胎盘手术中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月赣州市妇幼保健院产科行中央型前置胎盘手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组行常规止血手术方式注射缩宫素,观察组行手法压迫控制出血。比较两组患者的止血效果和新生儿情况。结果观察组的术中出血量、术后2 h出血量、输血量、卡贝缩宫素用量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿出生1、5、10 min的Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中央型前置胎盘手术中实施手法压迫控制出血的效果显著,能够保证手术安全顺利进行,提高产妇和新生儿的安全性,推广应用价值较高。Objective To explore the application value of manual compression to control bleeding in the operation of central placenta previa.Methods A total of 100 patients with central placenta previa in the Department of Obstetrics of Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object,they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine hemostatic surgery and Oxytocin injection,while the observation group received manual compression to control bleeding.The hemostatic effect and neonatal condition of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding,the amount of bleeding 2 h after operation,the amount of blood transfusion and the amount of Cabetoxin in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Apgar scores of newborns in the observation group at 1,5 and 10 min of birth were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the operation of central placenta previa,the effect of manual compression to control bleeding is remarkable,which can ensure the safe and smooth operation,improve the safety of pregnant women and newborns,and has high popularization and application value.
