摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理方法对糖尿病合并消化道恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月南昌大学附属三三四医院收治的62例糖尿病合并消化道恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各31例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组护理方法基础上采用针对性护理方法。比较两组患者的生存质量、血糖指标。结果护理3个月后,观察组的各项生存质量分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,观察组的血糖指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理方法对糖尿病合并消化道恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量及血糖指标均有积极影响,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the impact of targeted nursing methods on the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with malignant tumor of digestive tract.Methods A total of 62 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with malignant tumor of digestive tract admitted to the 334 Hospital Affiliated to Nanchang University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing methods,and the observation group adopted targeted nursing methods based on the nursing method of the control group.The quality of life and blood glucose indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the blood glucose index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing methods have a positive impact on the quality of life and blood glucose index of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with gastrointestinal cancer,and it is worthy of application in clinical practice.
