摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸训练及心理疏导在肝脏MR增强扫描患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月至2021年3月于咸宁市第一人民医院收治的130例接受肝脏MR增强扫描的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=65)和对照组(n=65)。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上加以呼吸训练及心理疏导。比较两组患者的心理状态及不良反应发生率。结果干预前两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者干预后的SAS、SDS评分低于干预前,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规护理基础上加以呼吸训练及心理疏导在肝脏MR增强扫描患者中的应用能够改善心理状态,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the effect of breathing training and psychological counseling in patients with liver MR-enhanced scanning.Methods A total of 130 patients undergoing enhanced liver MR scans who were admitted to Xianning First People′s Hospital from April 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=65)and the control group(n=65).Patients in the control group were received routine nursing care,and patients in the observation group were received respiratory training and psychological counseling on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological status and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of breathing training and psychological counseling on the basis of routine nursing in patients with enhanced liver MR scan can improve the mental state and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
