摘　　要：癌症发病率的持续升高和癌患平均生存期的显著延长,让越来越多的癌患家庭负载着生命难以承受之重。在支持不足的状况下,照顾者的压力负荷和身心疲乏等要素会在照顾者、患者生活质量乃至医患关系上引发负面的连锁效应。综合H医院肿瘤内科家属照顾者负荷的需求评估和相关干预系统回顾成果,依据希望理念策划癌患家属照顾者生活希望计划互助小组。基于新冠肺炎疫情背景,以癌患家属为中心,进一步搭建集书写、互动、自我疗愈等元素为一体的共享社区。希冀在用户内容生产、自我关怀的过程中实现“希望生产的循环”,帮助癌患照顾者接纳失望和绝望,告别过去,重新开始。这一线上线下模式相结合的生活希望计划,尝试推进医务社会工作服务的整合,打造全人、全程、联动的医务关怀服务链条。With an increasing incidence of cancer and the significant extension of the average survival of cancer patients,more and more families have suffered.Insufficient support,carers’stress load,and physical and mental fatigue will lead to a chain of negative effects on caregivers’and patients’quality of life or even the doctorpatient relationship.With needs assessment of family carers’burden in the department of Oncology of H Hospital and a review of relevant interventions,the article discusses establishing mutual aid groups of a“Living with Hope Program”for those caregivers based on the concept of hope.Amid the COVID-19,a sharing online community with writing,interaction,self-therapy and other elements are further built for family members of cancer patients.The program aims to promote the“cycle of hope”in user content production and selfcompassion to help caregivers accept disappointment and despair,bid farewell to the past and start anew.Combining both online and offline modes,the program tries to integrate medical social work and cultivate an interactive chain of caring services featured by whole-person and whole-process.
