摘 要:通过CTM500灰分挥发分测定仪和DS5声发射检测系统对山东莒县砂岩在25~800℃高温作用后单轴压缩荷载的条件下的声发射特征进行实验研究,分别分析了砂岩声发射振铃计数率在不同温度下,随时间的变化规律及砂岩振铃累计计数与应力-时间曲线的关系。试验结果表明:在单轴荷载条件下,随着温度的升高,高温作用后的砂岩声发射活动也变得更加频繁和密集,在400℃以后试样中的砂岩声发射活动远远大于400℃之前;从振铃累计计数曲线上面可以观察出砂岩变形破坏的各个阶段,振铃累计曲线与砂岩的应力—时间曲线在不同的温度作用后均相关;在应力加载的过程中,声发射信号急剧增加的时间点出现在荷载到达峰值应力之前。对低于600℃高温作用后的砂岩试样,当荷载增加到在峰值应力的12%~18%时,砂岩声发射活动急剧增加。Through the CTM500 ash volatilization measuring instrument and DS5 acoustic emission detection system,the acoustic emission characteristics of sandstone samples in Ju county of Shandong province were studied under uniaxial compression load after high temperatures ranging from 25℃to 800℃.Two groups of curves after different temperatures were analyzed:sandstone acoustic emission ring down count rate with time and the relationship between the cumulative count of sandstone ringing and the stress-time curves,when the acoustic emission characteristics of each sandstone sample was single-axis loaded.The results indicate that under the single-axis loading condition,with the increase of temperature,ring down count rate increases and acoustic emission activities become more frequent and intensive,the acoustic emissions from the samples over 400℃are much more active than the samples under 400℃.The paper concludes that each stage of sandstone failure form ring down cumulative curves corresponds with the stress-time curves from sandstone samples.In the process of stress loading,the time point of acoustic emission signal increases sharply exists earlier than the stress reach the peak.When the stress reaches 12%~18%of the peak stress,acoustic emission activities of sandstones under 600℃increase rapidly.
