摘  要:目的 探讨智慧医疗背景下以云平台为基础的便携式床旁心电图机在临床应用中的效果及价值。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2021年8—9月深圳市某三级甲等医院某病区的300例住院患者为研究对象,将2021年8月采用传统心电图采集的142例患者作为对照组,2021年9月采用云平台为基础的便携式床边心电图机采集的158例患者作为观察组;比较2组在心电图采集中患者所需时间,患者、医务人员满意度。结果 2组患者心电图检查所需时间、患者及医务人员满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 基于云平台便携式床边心电图机在临床应用后显著节约了患者就诊时间,提高了患者及医务人员满意度,使人力资源得到合理利用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cloud platform-based portable bedside ECG monitor in the context of smart medicine. Methods Using the convenience sampling method, 300 inpatients from a tertiary grade-A hospital in Shenzhen were selected from August to September 2021. Totally 142 patients who used traditional ECG monitor in August 2021 were taken as the control group and 158 patients who used the cloud platform-based portable bedside ECG monitor in September 2021 as the observation group. The image acquisition time and patient and medical staff satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results The time required and the satisfaction of patient and medical staff showed statistically significant difference between the two groups(P <0.001). Conclusion The cloud platform-based portable bedside ECG monitor is effective in clinical application for shorter waiting time, improved satisfaction of the patients and medical staff, and reasonable use of human resources.
