摘  要:为了实现对粘度测量的实时监控,排除地域限制,设计了一套基于阿里云的粘度计测控系统。该系统能够远程监控粘度计的运行状态,包括设备端、阿里云物联网平台及用户端三部分。设备端以STM32F03ZET6为主控芯片,ESP8266为通信模块,单片机测得粘度值后,将数据通过MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport)协议传输至阿里云平台进行数据交互。用户可通过App下发指令到设备端,实现对粘度计的实时监测和自动化控制,同时数据也会显示在触摸屏上,方便现场监测信息。该系统即时性高,能够对粘度计进行实时监控,具有较好的应用前景。In order to realize the real-time monitoring and management of viscosity measurement and eliminate geographical restrictions,a viscometer measurement and control system based on Ali cloud is designed in this paper.The system can remotely monitor the running state of the viscometer.The system includes three parts:device side,Ali Cloud Internet of Things platform and user side.STM32F103ZET6 single chip is used as the main control chip and ESP8266 is used as the communication module on the device side.The data collected by the device is transmitted to Ali Cloud platform through MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) protocol for data interaction.To realize real-time monitoring and automatic control of the viscometer,users can send instructions to the device through the App.Meanwhile,the data will also be displayed on the touch screen for the convenience of on-site monitoring.
