基于S7-200 SMART PLC火警短信报警系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：为了提高火警系统在运行中更加智能、高效等需求,设计了火警短信报警系统。基于西门子S7-200 SMART型PLC与GRM504-N2Y无线通讯模块等硬件,运用STEP 7-MicroWIN SMART与GRMDEV5软件进行了程序的设计开发。PLC与无线通讯模块通过以太网进行通讯,并对系统进行了制作与调试。运行结果表明,火警短信报警系统实现了短信报警提醒,提高了系统的智能化程度和火警提醒的效率。In order to improve the requirements of more intelligence and efficiency in the operation of the fire alarm system,a fire short message alarm system is designed in this paper.Based on Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC and GRM504-N2Y wireless communication module,the program is designed and developed by using STEP 7-MicroWIN SMART and grmdev5software.PLC and wireless communication module communicate through Ethernet,and the system is manufactured and debugged.The operation results show that the fire alarm system realizes the short message alarm reminder,improves the intelligence of the system and improves the efficiency of fire alarm reminder.
