摘  要:静电纺丝技术在纳米纤维制备中广泛应用,获得的纺丝纤维具有孔隙率高、长径比以及比表面积大等优势。通过调控静电纺丝参数可改变纺丝纤维的形态和力学性能,而且通过单轴、多轴、同轴等纺丝工艺可实现特殊的纳米纤维结构。本文首先简单介绍了静电纺丝技术及其在生物医用、能源、水处理及空气净化等领域的应用,进一步对抗菌纳米纤维在生物医用材料(如伤口敷料、生物组织支架)、食品包装和空气过滤材料方面的抗菌应用进行了概述,并详细介绍了静电纺丝技术制备抗菌纳米纤维的方法及功能化改性。最后,对静电纺丝法制备抗菌纳米纤维的研究进行了总结和展望。Electrospinning technology is widely used in the preparation of nanofibers.Spinning fibers have the advantages of high porosity,length-diameter ratio,and large specific surface area.The morphology and mechanical properties of fibers can be changed by adjusting the parameters of electrospinning,and the special nanofiber structures can be realized by uniaxial,multiaxial and coaxial spinning processes.In this paper,electrospinning technology and its applications in biomedical material,energy,water treatment,air purification and other fields are briefly introduced.Furthermore,antibacterial applications of antimicrobial nanofibers in biomedical materials(such as wound dressings,biological tissue scaffolds),food packaging and air filtration materials are outlined.The preparation and functionalization of antimicrobial nanofibers by electrospinning are introduced in detail.Finally,the preparation of antimicrobial nanofibers by electrospinning is summarized and prospected.
