四妙勇安汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：血栓闭塞性脉管炎是一种多发生在肢体中、小动脉的血管炎症性闭塞性疾病,临床症状表现为患肢缺血、发凉、动脉搏动减弱,甚至出现坏疽等,严重则危及生命。因此,有效治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎性疾病,为患者减轻痛苦是亟待解决的问题之一。中医药治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎可明显改善患者症状、减轻患者痛苦。中药方剂四妙勇安汤是治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎有确切疗效的古代经典名方。鉴于此,本研究对四妙勇安汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎相关活性成分、药理作用、临床应用研究进展进行系统梳理,为临床用药、新药创制、经典名方复方制剂研发等提供参考。Thromboangiitis obliterans is an inflammatory occlusive disease mainly in the medium and small arteries of the limbs.Its clinical symptoms are ischemia,cooling,weakened arterial pulsation,and even gangrene of the affected limbs,which can be life-threatening.Therefore,effective treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans disease and alleviation of pain for patients is one of the problems to be solved urgently.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,and alleviate the pain of patients.The traditional Chinese medicine prescription simiao yongan decoction is an ancient classic prescription with definite curative effect in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans.This study systematically sorts out the research progress on the relevant active components,pharmacological effects and clinical application of simiao yongan decoction in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans,so as to provide reference for clinical medication,new drug development and research and development of classic famous prescription compound preparations.
