摘 要:合适的免疫途径对诱导有效的免疫保护至关重要。与传统肌内注射、皮下注射等有创免疫方式相比,鼻腔免疫具有使用方便、接种者依从性高、引发免疫反应更全面等优势,在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情中引起了研发人员的重视。本文扼要介绍了鼻腔免疫的机制及特点,并对以鼻腔为接种途径的COVID-19疫苗及技术平台进行总结分析,为相关研发工作提供参考。The appropriate immune pathway is the key to induce effective immune protection. Compared with traditional invasive immunization methods such as intramuscular injection and subcutaneous injection, nasal immunization has the advantages of convenient use, high compliance of vaccinators and induction of more comprehensive immune response, thus has attracted the attention of researchers in the epidemic of COVID-19. This paper briefly introduces the mechanism and characteristics of nasal immunization, summarizes the COVID-19 vaccine products and technology platforms regarding nasal immunization, so as to provide reference for related research and development work.
