摘 要:以软溶质‘红清水’、硬溶质‘寒露蜜’、不溶质‘阿部白桃’和硬质型(stony hard,SH)‘有名白桃’4个不同肉质桃品种为试材,研究1-甲基环丙烯(1-methylcyclopropene,1-MCP)处理对果实采后贮藏中主要可溶性糖和有机酸代谢及其合成相关基因表达的影响。结果表明,SS基因表达水平与软溶质桃蔗糖代谢呈显著正相关性,1-MCP处理通过调控SS基因表达,显著维持了软溶质和不溶质桃蔗糖含量的稳定。PEPC基因表达水平与硬溶质、硬质型桃苹果酸代谢呈现显著正相关性,1-MCP处理通过提高PEPC基因表达水来增加硬溶质桃苹果酸的含量。ME基因表达水平与不溶质桃苹果酸含量具有显著负相关性,1-MCP处理则抑制了ME基因表达水平,进而提高了苹果酸的含量。In this study,four different peach cultivars of’Hongqingshui’with soft-melting,’Hanlumi’with hardmelting,’Abubaitao’with non-melting,and’Youmingbaitao’with stonyhard were collected as test materials.The effects of 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)application on sugar metabolism and acid metabolism,and expression profiles of related genes in postharvest peach fruits were studied.Results showed that the expression level of SS gene was positively correlated with sugar metabolism in peach cultivars with soft-melting,and the contents of sucrose in peach cultivars with soft-melting and non-melting were maintained(non-significantly changed)by 1-MCP treatment.The expression level of PEPC gene was positively correlated with the sucrose metabolism of peach cultivars with hard-melting and stonyhard,and 1-MCP treatment increased peach malic acid content by inducing PEPC gene expression.There was a negative correlation between ME gene expression and malic acid content in peach cultivars with non-melting,and 1-MCP treatment inhibited the expression of ME gene and then increased the malic acid content.
