测算地区生产总值的新方法

摘　　要：文章提供了一个新的测算地区生产总值的方法,即以社会消费品零售额为基础数据,通过构建社会消费品零售额指数,并将基期指数与基期的地区生产总值进行对比,从而得出地区生产总值。以河北省社会消费品零售额数据为基础,测算了河北省地区生产总值,结果表明:1986—2018年,河北省有26年的地区生产总值存在统计偏误现象,这26年的平均统计偏误程度为39.47%。测算结果与国家统计局调整后的统计数据十分接近。This paper provides a new method to calculate the regional GDP.It takes the total retail sales of consumer goods as the basic data,constructs the retail sales index of social consumer goods,and compares the base period index with the regional GDP of the base period,so as to get regional GDP.Based on the retail sales data of social consumer goods in Hebei Province,the regional GDP of Hebei Province is calculated.The results show that there are statistical errors in the GDP of Hebei Province in 26years from 1986 to 2018,with 39.47 percent of the average statistical bias over the 26 years,and that the calculation results are very close to the adjusted statistical data of National Bureau of Statistics(NBS).
