摘　　要：2022年北京冬奥会充溢着科学技术的力量,在技术赋能和行动理性的交互作用下,本文通过五人谈的方式,对科技冬奥理念的实践表征与内在逻辑进行了探究。研究发现:(1)科技备战奥运的行动目标与“更团结”理念的践行在国家统一领导与多维合作的层级敞视管理模式中得以实现;在行动体制的统领下,科技与奥运的关系借由运动员竞技身体表征出了既联结又互斥的矛盾关系,由此加深了技术赋能需要通过理性行动来加以限制的认知;(2)人类共识危机情境下,封闭性奥运景观的建立突显了生命存在的意义;因技术而引发的身体感知、竞技能力以及生存环境等多元因素的共同作用赋予了科技化身体意义感;同时科技的应用也打破了时间和空间的界限建立了联动式赛事管理,实现了奥运行动的同质化和协同化;(3)后奥运效应推动了区域性发展的结构性调整与有机行动体系建立;技术的操演和由技术建造的器物成为冬奥会叙事中的重要一环,而科学技术的革新以及科学精神的传承则有助于实现社会记忆赓续。The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics is full of the power of science and technology.Under the interaction of technology empowerment and action rationality,this paper explores the practical representation and internal logic of the concept of science and technology Winter Olympics through the way of five people and talk.The findings are as follows:(1) The action goal of scientific and technological preparation for the Olympic Games and the practice of the concept of “more unity” are realized in the hierarchical open management mode of national unified leadership and multidimensional cooperation;the relationship between science and technology and Olympic Games shows a contradictory relationship of both connection and mutual exclusion through athletes’ competitive bodies,this reinforces the understanding that technological empowerment needs to be limited by rational action.(2) Under the situation of human consensus crisis,the establishment of closed Olympic landscape highlights the significance of life existence;the combination of multiple factors such as body perception,competitive ability and living environment caused by technology endods technology-oriented body with sense of meaning;at the same time,the application of science and technology also broke the boundaries of time and space to establish linkage event management,and realized the homogenization and coordination of Olympic action.(3) The post-Olympic effect promoted the structural adjustment of regional development and the establishment of organic action system;the performance of technology and the objects built by technology become an important part of the narrative of the Winter Olympics,while the innovation of science and technology and the inheritance of the scientific spirit contribute to the realization of lasting social memory.
