摘　　要：2021年7月20日,国际奥委会第138次全会投票表决,同意在奥林匹克格言“更快、更高、更强”之后加入“更团结”。新格言的呈现形式是“更快、更高、更强—更团结”,在新冠肺炎疫情公共危机的背景下,这更加凸显了观念层面新格言重要的号召力和行动力。以往学者对奥林匹克运动格言的研究及目前对新格言的讨论多偏向于分析事实本身以及相关国家奥委会的现实治理逻辑,与针对现实问题引发的格言探讨不同,奥林匹克运动格言本身属于观念的重要性问题,但研究中往往被当成了现实中的实在性问题进行解读,各方就会得出千差万别的结论,由此造成了新格言理解不一致甚至矛盾的情形,这使得相关研究很难对格言解读问题进行分类,只有结合奥林匹克运动格言的语义指称才能形成清晰的研究逻辑。本文提出“观念的重要性与现实的实在性可以独立运行”的观点,将新格言的分析放在观念的重要性与现实的实在性辩证逻辑的分析框架下展开叙事。时代背景促发及传统的积淀,通过学界对奥运观念的再阐释,顾拜旦及后继领导者对体育传统再造过程的实践两条线,成为他们阐释利用传统规范的道德作为维持奥运格言指称文化意义的策略。面对新冠病毒,2020年东京奥运会不停办,“更快、更高、更强—更团结”格言的重新强调,使奥运格言内在观念的重要性得以进一步彰显。On July 20,2021,the 138th Session of the International Olympic Committee(IOC)voted to add “together” to the olympic motto “Faster,Higher,Stronger”.The presentation of the new motto is “Faster,higher,stronger—together”,The background of the current epidemic public crisis highlights the important appeal and action power of the new motto at the conceptual level.Past scholar’s research on the motto of the Olympic movement and the discussion about new motto were more based on analysis of the fact itself and reality Logic of governance of the national Olympic committee(Ioc).Different from aiming at practical problems caused by the motto to explore.the Olympic motto belongs to the importance of the concept itself.but the study problems are thought as the actuality in reality to interpret.Therefore,the parties will come to conclusions about vastly different interpretations of the facts.This leads to inconsistent and even contradictory interpretations of the new motto,it is difficult for relevant researchers to classify the interpretation of motto.Only by combining semantic reference of the olympic motto clear research logic can be formed.this paper puts forward to“point of view that the importance of the concept and actuality of reality can run independently.The new motto analysis on between the importance of the concept and actuality of reality will be put under the dialectical logic analysis framework of narrative.The background of the times and the accumulation of traditions,through the reinterpretation of the Olympic concept by the academic circle,coubertin and his successors’practice of the process of reconstructing the sports tradition they became strategy to use the traditional norms of morality to maintain the cultural significance of the olympic motto.In the face of novel coronavirus,the 2020 tokyo olympic games continued,and the renewed emphasis on the motto“Faster,Higher,Stronger-Together” further highlights the importance of the inherent concept of the Olympic motto.
