摘　　要：“双减”政策的实施推动了学校教育的变革,在国家制度层面给了作为教育有机组成部分的体育回归本体的一次机会。政策颁布实施半年有余,学校体育教育、校外体育培训引起热议。为此,《体育与科学》编辑部于2022年1月9日举办“‘双减’政策与学校体育本体回归”的线上学术工作坊,剖析“双减”政策给学校体育发展带来的影响以及体育培训的乱象。得出共识:在“双减”政策推进过程中,首先要坚守学校体育的主阵地,突破传统的体育教学思维和学校体育发展思路,重构体育教学内容、体育课程体系和综合评价体系,提升体育课程质量和体育教学质量;其次,理顺学校体育与学生体质之间的关系,明晰学校体育教育的定位和性质;最终,将体育真正作为学校课程并有效落实,促进学校体育的本体回归,解决学校教育中学生的成长性与教育性问题。The implementation of the “double reduction” policy has promoted the reform of school education,presenting a state-level opportunity for the restoring of physical education to one of the integral part of education.Within the half year of the promulgation and implementation of the policy,school physical education and extracurricular sports training have aroused widespread heated discussion.To this end,Sports and Science held an online academic workshop on “’Double Reduction’ Policy and Ontological Regression of School Physical Education” on January 9,2022 to study the impact of the “double reduction” policy on the development of school sports and the chaos of private extracurricular sports training.A consensus has been reached as follows:in implementing the “double reduction” policy,first and foremost,we ought to adhere to the dominant role of school physical education,and in breaking away from restraints from conventional physical education mentality,to reconstruct the content,curriculum system,and assessment system of school physical education so as to improve the quality of physical education curriculum and physical education teaching.Secondly,we ought to straighten out the relationship between school physical education and students’ physical health,and make clear the objectives and characteristics of school physical education.Finally,we ought to regard physical education as an indispensable school curriculum,and to restore it to its appropriate position that it should have,thus resolving the problems of both growth and education.
