摘  要:文章阐述了气象观测秒级数据的价值和重要性,分析了目前秒级数据读取、使用的情况,认为秒级(亚秒级)数据十分宝贵,一旦放弃不可复得,应该积极推动其存储和应用,并提出了秒级数据存储的硬件、软件解决方案和应用思路,对于推动秒级数据的存储及其应用具有重要意义,这可以助力科技创新,并为观测精密、预报精准、服务精细和更有力的技术保障奠定基础。同时,讨论了针对分钟数据、秒数据等高时间分辨率数据,应该参考“积风”指数,提出新的气象指数指标,或改进已有的气象指数及其算法。This study explains the value and importance of second-level data in meteorological observations, and analyzes the current situation of reading and using second-level data.This study holds that second level and sub second level data are very valuable. Once they are abandoned, it is a pity that we should actively promote their storage and application.This study proposes lots of ideas about software and hardware solutions and application for second-level data storage, which are of great significance for promoting second-level data storage and its application. They can help scientific and technological innovation, and lay the foundation for precise observations, accurate forecasts, fine services and more powerful technical guarantees..For high time resolution data such as minute data and second data, we should refer to the “accumulated wind” index to propose a new meteorological index, or improve the existing meteorological index and its algorithm.
