协同视角下高校图书馆知识服务价值共创实现研究

摘　　要：文章构建了高校图书馆知识服务价值共创EAA模型,以期提高高校教学及科研水平,助力高校“双一流”建设和国家教育强国建设。在融合价值共创要素理论和协同理论的基础上,从整体上揭示高校图书馆知识服务的参与主体和构成要素的内涵,梳理各要素之间的协同关系及服务运行流程,基于筹备阶段(要素协同建设)、实施阶段(馆员为序参量)、持续阶段(用户生命周期管理),提出协同视角下的EAA模型实现路径。This paper constructs the value co-creation EAA model of university library knowledge service, with a view to improving university teaching and scientific research levels, and helping to build "double first-class" universities and national education power. Based on the integration of value co-creation element theory and synergy theory, this paper reveals the intention of the participants and elements of knowledge service in university library as a whole, and sorts out the synergic relationship among the various elements and the operation process of the service. Based on the preparation stage(synergic construction of elements), the implementation stage(librarians as the order parameter) and the continuous stage(user life cycle management), it proposes the realization path of EAA model from the perspective of synergy.
