摘  要:为培育抗稻瘟病水稻新品种,本研究利用广适抗病品种‘镇稻88’和抗病优质品种‘方欣4号’为材料,通过杂交并结合分子标记辅助选择的方法进行抗稻瘟病聚合育种。结果表明,分子标记辅助选择聚合了3个抗稻瘟病基因Pita2、Pia、Pi5的后代材料;农艺性状的选择和抗病性筛选,得到抗稻瘟病粳稻新品种‘豫农粳12’。‘豫农粳12’稻瘟病综合抗指3.25,信阳种植产量为10473.40 kg/hm^(2),新乡种植产量为9792.24 kg/hm^(2),米质达国标优质米三级标准;‘豫农粳12’在豫南和沿黄稻区种植都表现较好的抗病性、广适和高产的特性,为河南优质粳稻生产提供优良抗病品种。In order to breed new rice varieties resistant to blast,pyramid breeding for resistance to rice blast was carried out by hybridization and molecular marker assisted selection using the wide adaptability and disease resistant variety’Zhendao88’as the female parent material and disease resistant and high quality variety’Fangxin4’as the male parent material.The results showed that new lines combing 3 blast resistant genes pita2,Pia and pi5were obtained through marker-assisted selection.Through selection of agronomic characters and disease resistance,a new blast resistant japonica rice variety’Yunongjing12’was obtained.For’Yunongjing12’,the comprehensive resistance index of rice blast is 3.25,the yields planted in Xinyang and Xinxiang are 10473.40 kg/hm^(2)and9792.24 kg/hm^(2)respectively,and its rice quality is the third level of the national standard for high-quality rice.’Yunongjing12’showed characteristics of disease resistance,wide adaptability,and high yield planted in the south and along the Yellow river of Henan province.This study provides excellent disease-resistant variety for Henan high-quality japonica rice production.
