摘 要:本文通过植入式电阻焊方式实现了纤维增强热塑性复合材料的熔融连接。研究了焊接功率、焊接压力和焊接时间对焊接试样的搭接剪切强度的影响,通过焊接试样的搭接剪切强度测试评价焊接工艺对热塑性复合材料焊接质量的影响;采用扫描电子显微镜对焊接破坏面进行分析。结果显示,焊接功率、焊接时间和焊接压力三个因素对焊接质量的贡献分别为53%、37%和10%;采用田口参数直交表设计参数组合,得到的最优工艺参数为:焊接功率为50 kW/m^(2),焊接压力为3 MPa,焊接时间为3 min。在此工艺条件下焊接部位的剪切强度达到6.6 MPa。In this paper, the fusion bonding of fiber reinforced advanced thermoplastic composites has been realized by implantable resistance welding. The influence of welding power, welding pressure and welding time on welding interlaminar shear strength has been studied. The welding quality has been characterized by interlaminar shear strength test. The damaged surface of welding was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that, the contribution of three factors of welding power, welding time and welding pressure on welding quality is 53%, 37%, and 10%, respectively. With the help of Taguchi method and ANOVA analysis, the optimal welding parameters were obtained: welding power: 50 kW/m^(2), welding pressure: 3 MPa, welding time: 3 min, respectively. Interlaminar shear strength of welding parts prepared with optimal parameters could reach up to 6.6 MPa.
