摘  要:复合材料圆管是复合材料应用案例中较为典型的产品,具有比强度高、比模量高、线膨胀系数小、抗疲劳、阻尼性能好等优点,常被作为无人机、机器人、工业设备、卫星天线支撑桁架、轴向发动机支架等承载结构件。本文对复合材料圆管的应用情况进行概述,纤维缠绕和RTM是复合材料圆管的主要成型方法,在实际应用领域具有很大的占比。纤维缠绕工艺保证每层纤维角度,可充分发挥纤维的受力性能,而RTM成型的编织圆管可有效提升层间强度,增加环向受力性能;拉伸载荷下圆管轴向的性能主要取决于螺旋纤维层,且在实际使用时与其他材料工装连接会影响复合材料圆管的整体性能发挥。压缩载荷下0°纤维层有助于提高圆管强度。最后对复合材料圆管的发展及应用领域拓展进行了展望。Composite circular tube is a typical product in composite material application cases. It has the advantages of high specific strength, high specific modulus, small linear expansion coefficient, fatigue resistance, good damping performance and so on. It is often used as bearing structural parts of UAV, robot, industrial equipment, satellite antenna support truss, axial engine bracket and so on. In this paper, the application of composite circular tube is summarized. Fiber winding and RTM are the main forming methods of composite circular tube, which account for a large proportion in the field of practical application. The fiber winding process ensures the angle of each layer of fiber to give full play to the mechanical properties of the fiber, while the braided circular tube formed by RTM can effectively improve the strength between layers and increase the circular mechanical properties. The axial performance of the circular tube under tensile load mainly depends on the spiral fiber layer, and the connection with other materials will affect the overall performance of the composite circular tube in practical use. The 0° fiber layer under compression load helps to improve the strength of the circular tube. Finally, the development and application of composite circular tube are prospected.
