摘　　要：目的了解集中隔离医学观察场所环境表面和空气的污染情况,探讨现场消毒人员的消毒效果,为落实科学、有效的消毒提供依据和改进措施。方法采用现场采样监测方法,分析69家集中隔离医学观察场所消毒前后环境表面和空气的自然菌菌落数及杀灭率情况。结果消毒前菌落数≤10.0 CFU/cm^(2)的环境表面数占消毒前监测总数的96.69%(1870/1934);消毒后环境表面菌落数合格率为99.69%(1958/1964),自然菌杀灭合格率为94.42%(1826/1934),细菌杀灭效果较差(杀灭合格率低于90%)的环境表面主要为电视遥控器、电话、空调遥控器、床头柜。空气监测结果显示,空气消毒前平均菌落数≤4.0 CFU/(皿·5min)的房间数占比85.64%(155/181),消毒后菌落数合格率为96.77%(180/186),自然菌杀灭合格率为82.32%(149/181)。结论部分集中隔离医学观察场所的环境消毒效果不达标,仍需继续加强对现场消毒人员的监督和指导,持续关注对高频接触环境表面的彻底消毒。Objective To understand the situation of environmental surface and air pollution of centralized isolation medical observation points,to explore the disinfection effect of on-site disinfection personnel,and to provide basis and improvement measures for the implementation of scientific and effective disinfection.Methods Using on-site sampling and monitoring methods,we analyzed the natural bacterial colony counts and kill rates of environmental surfaces and air before and after disinfection in 69 centralized isolated medical observation sites.Results Before disinfection,the number of environmental surfaces with colony count≤10.0 CFU/cm^(2) accounted for 96.69%(1870/1934)of the total monitored number before disinfection.After disinfection,the qualified rate of bacterial colonies on the environmental surface was 99.69%(1958/1964),and the qualified rate of natural bacteria killing was 94.42%(1826/1934),the environmental surface with poor bacteria-killing effect(killing qualification rate less than 90%)was mainly on TV remote controls,telephones,air conditioner remote controls and nightstands.Air monitoring results showed that the average colony count≤4.0 CFU/(Dish/5 min)of the rooms accounted for 85.64%(155/181)before air disinfection.The qualified rate of colony count after disinfection was 96.77%(180/186),and the qualified rate of natural bacteria killing was 82.32%(149/181).Conclusion The environmental disinfection effect of some centralized isolation medical observation points is unqualified,so it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and guidance of on-site disinfection personnel,and continue to pay attention to the thorough disinfection of high-frequency contact environmental surfaces.
