甘精胰岛素结合阿卡波糖片治疗老年糖尿病患者的临床疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨甘精胰岛素结合阿卡波糖片治疗老年糖尿病患者的临床效果及安全性。方法60例老年糖尿病患者,根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组使用甘精胰岛素结合阿卡波糖片治疗。比较两组患者治疗后血糖水平、不良反应发生率、治疗效果。结果观察组患者空腹血糖(FBG)(5.22±0.57)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)(5.28±0.67)%、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)(7.32±1.16)mmol/L均低于对照组的(7.34±1.05)mmol/L、(8.22±1.74)%、(9.59±1.46)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率13.33%低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者使用甘精胰岛素结合阿卡波糖片治疗,不仅能有效降低血糖水平,还能减少不良反应的发生,提高临床治疗效果及安全性,值得广泛推广使用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of insulin glargine combined with acarbose tablet in the treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus patients.Methods A total of 60 cases of elderly diabetes mellitus patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine combined with acarbose tablets.The blood glucose level after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose(FBG)(5.22±0.57)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)(5.28±0.67)%,and 2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG)(7.32±1.16)mmol/L in the observation group were lower than(7.34±1.05)mmol/L,(8.22±1.74)%,and(9.59±1.46)mmol/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 13.33%in the observation group was lower than 40.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.67%of the observation group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus patients,insulin glargine combined with acarbose tablets can not only effectively reduce the blood glucose level,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,improve the clinical treatment effect and safety,which is worthy of widespread use.
